Appointment policy:
We accept appointment requests through our website, email, or phone call. We usually have at least one open fit-in appointment each day. These appointments are seen in between our other already scheduled appointments, which may result in a wait. We will accommodate our patients in the timeliest fashion that is allowed. These appointments do have an added fit-in fee.
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards. The credit card companies are implementing processing fees of 3.5% to all credit card transactions. This fee will not be charged for debit card, cash or check transactions.
Cancellation policy:
You may experience that P.A.W.S. can become extremely busy. While we try to accommodate everyone, on occasion we have had to turn away a client because we were already completely booked with appointments. Unfortunately, we also have clients who “no show” an appointment. When that happens, we do not have the ability to reassign that time for someone else to get in with their potentially sick pet.
In order to deter the no-show situation and to better accommodate our other clients, we are implementing a cancellation policy. P.A.W.S. Pet Hospital will strictly enforce this policy as of September 14, 2020.
If, for any reason, you cannot make your scheduled appointment you must call 651-400-1180 and cancel.
- For no-show or no-call technician appointment a $40 fee will be placed on your account.
- For no-show or no-call wellness exam appointment a $65 fee will be placed on your account.
- With the second missed wellness exam appointment an $85 fee will be placed on your account and we will require pre-payment of the exam fee to make future appointments.
- For no-show or no-call medical exam appointment a $100 fee will be placed on your account.
- Missed spays, neuters, dentals and surgical procedures will result in a $150 cancellation fee.
